Welcome to Leaf-Byte, a service platform and aggregator that enables creators, freelancers, streamers, and service providers from across the globe—especially in regions with limited financial infrastructure—to access international payments and services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.leaf-byte.com and the associated services provided by Leaf-Byte, LLC ("Leaf-Byte," "we," "our," or "us").

 

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

 

1. Overview of Services

Leaf-Byte operates as a digital platform and service aggregator offering a variety of services that include but are not limited to:

  • International payments collection and distribution

  • Cross-border payment handling for digital creators and service providers

  • Account setup and consulting services

  • Audience strategy and content monetization support

  • Compliance management with payment processors (e.g., Payoneer, PayPal)

  • Platform management for creators and freelancers

  • Bundled service packages for business development

Our platform is not a bank, money service business, or financial institution. Leaf-Byte operates as a technology-driven aggregator and compliance facilitator. All payments are processed through third-party licensed providers.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);

  • Have full power and authority to enter into legally binding agreements;

  • Not be barred from using our services under any applicable laws;

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during account registration.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion.

 

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized use or security breach;

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cross-border transactions, taxes, and services;

  • Only use Leaf-Byte services for lawful and legitimate purposes;

  • Provide any KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation upon request.

 

4. Account Creation & Verification

Upon creating an account with Leaf-Byte, you will be required to:

  • Submit legal identification and business verification documents;

  • Link your payout account with Payoneer, PayPal, or another compatible platform;

  • Consent to ongoing monitoring for fraud, money laundering, and suspicious activities.

Failure to submit required documentation may result in denial or suspension of services.

 

5. Scope of Services

Our bundled services include:

  • Consulting Services: We provide business and platform strategy for creators.

  • Account Setup: We assist with setting up PayPal, Payoneer, and social media monetization accounts.

  • Audience Strategy: We guide users through growth, engagement, and monetization tactics.

  • Payments Aggregation: We receive funds on your behalf via supported platforms and remit to you net of service fees.

  • Compliance Services: We ensure tax, regulatory, and KYC/AML obligations are met with our partners.

We reserve the right to add or remove features or services at our discretion.

 

6. Fees & Payments

Fees for our services are:

  • Standard Aggregation Fee: A service percentage deducted from gross payment received.

  • Subscription Plans (if applicable): Monthly or annual fees for advanced features.

  • One-Time Services: Flat fees for consulting, account setup, or documentation.

You agree that:

  • All fees are clearly communicated prior to service execution;

  • Leaf-Byte may withhold payouts pending verification or dispute resolution;

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

7. Use of Third-Party Payment Processors

Leaf-Byte partners with payment processors such as Payoneer and PayPal to collect and remit funds. You agree that:

  • You must abide by the terms of service of each payment provider;

  • Leaf-Byte is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party processors;

  • Your account may be suspended if any third-party processor flags your activity.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the platform, including logos, trademarks, text, software, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Leaf-Byte. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works;

  • Use our branding without express written consent;

  • Reverse engineer any part of our platform.

 

9. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you upload or share using Leaf-Byte. You affirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content;

  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of others;

  • You grant Leaf-Byte a non-exclusive license to use, modify, or display content as necessary to provide the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

 

10. KYC & AML Compliance

To ensure global regulatory compliance, Leaf-Byte adheres to:

  • Strict user verification standards;

  • Continuous monitoring of transaction behavior;

  • Reporting obligations where required by law.

Suspicious activity, fraud, or non-compliance may result in permanent suspension and reporting to authorities.

 

11. Refund & Dispute Resolution

Leaf-Byte offers limited refunds depending on the service rendered. Our dispute process includes:

  • Initial internal review within 7 business days;

  • Submission of documentation by both parties;

  • Resolution via partial refund, credit, or denial based on findings.

We are not responsible for chargebacks or payment failures outside our platform.

 

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Privacy/KYC/AML policies;

  • You fail to pay outstanding service fees;

  • You misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and remaining funds may be withheld pending investigation.

 

13. Disclaimers

Leaf-Byte does not guarantee:

  • That services will be uninterrupted or error-free;

  • The timeliness of payouts from third-party processors;

  • That your platform or audience will generate income.

All services are provided "as is" and without warranties.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Leaf-Byte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 6 months;

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by partners or force majeure.

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Leaf-Byte harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the services;

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

 

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or site notification.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless otherwise mutually agreed.
